Book online or give us a call. Before your visit we’ll ask you to complete a short medical and dental history form so we can tailor your care.
Full examination
Your dentist carries out a comprehensive exam — dental charting, gum examination and oral cancer screening — with any X-rays needed.
Clear plan & estimate
We discuss the findings in plain English, answer every question, and give you a detailed written estimate before any treatment begins.

Common questions
I’m nervous about going to the dentist. Can you help?
Very much so. Nervous patients are nothing new to us — many of our longest-standing patients arrived anxious. Our dentists take time to explain every step, go at your pace, and most patients say there was no pain — even during injections. If a child isn’t ready for a full check-up yet, they’re still welcome to visit the treatment rooms just to get used to the environment.
How much will treatment cost?
Every treatment is quoted in writing before it starts, so there are never surprises. Joining one of our monthly plans saves you 20% on treatment fees and spreads the cost of routine care. Our fee guide shows typical starting prices for common treatments.
Do you see children?
Yes — children are made very welcome, with no minimum age. Children under 18 are currently seen free of charge under the NHS scheme (subject to capacity), and we also offer a private children’s plan at £6.05 per month with 50% off treatments.
Is there parking nearby?
There is convenient public parking on Chapel Yard adjacent to the Riverside Medical Centre (2-hour maximum stay). The practice sits between the Riverside Medical Centre and the Tapas & Wine Bar, opposite the BP petrol station — hard to miss.
What if I have a dental emergency?
Call us on 01772 202023 during opening hours and we’ll do our best to fit you in — plan members always have emergency appointments included. All plans also include worldwide trauma and emergency call-out assistance.
